Zone Operations Manager - Automotive Refinish - South

We are looking for a Zone Operations Manager - Automotive Refinish to join our EC team in the Southeast. The Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence within the Zone by managing a team of Technical Representatives and Business Development Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in operations or sales support within automotive refinish or related industry.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and operational processes.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel within the region as required.
