Zone Operations Manager - Automotive Refinish - Southeast

We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our Automotive Refinish team in the Southeast. As a Zone Operations Manager - Automotive Refinish - Southeast, you create chemistry by leading a team of Technical Representatives and Business Development Managers, managing deal creation and submission processes, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize workflows, pricing, and promotional programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in operations or sales support within automotive refinish or related industry.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and operational processes.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel within the region as required.
