Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Servicedesk employee who focuses on the IT tools of our employees, ensuring that everything works smoothly. You will be the first point of contact for colleagues with questions about their hardware and standard software.
Requirements
- Completed MBO training in the direction of ICT
- Work experience in a comparable role
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and mobile devices (iOS/Android)
- Good command of English and preferably also Dutch
