Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist III

An Accounts Receivable Specialist III is responsible for managing and maintaining detailed records of non-routine, moderately complex receivable transactions, including invoices, statements, and customer correspondence.

Requirements

• Prepares, verifies, and processes invoices for goods or services provided to clients.
• Follows up on, collects, and allocates payments received.
• Monitors customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
• Investigates and resolves customer queries.
• Generates age analysis reports to review outstanding accounts.
• Performs account reconciliations, adjusting entries, and generates financial reports for management review.
• Complies with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Establishes and maintains effective and cooperative working relationships with customers.
• Prepares monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc forecasting reports.
• Participates in credit control activities and decision making.
