Data Science Manager

BAT is looking for a Data Science Manager to lead the Data Science team and enable data-driven storytelling across the company. The role involves leading the development of statistical and machine learning models, designing robust analytical frameworks, and translating data into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science or similar
• At least 7+ years hands-on data science or analytics experience with proven record of increase business value with deliverables
• Minimum 3+ years team management experience
• Experience of leading a Data Science team and coordinating Data Engineer work
• Proven record of hands-on analysis/model changed a business decision or created measurable value
• Experience with MLOps components such as CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and automated retraining
