Enter is a Climate Tech startup shaping a future with climate-neutral homes, backed by 35 million euros in funding. The Founders Associate will collaborate with founders on business development, identify growth opportunities, optimize processes, and manage innovative projects to scale the company.

Requirements

• Completed studies at a renowned top university in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in independently planning and implementing innovative projects.
• Self-confidence and ability to make decisions independently and manage projects.
• Enthusiasm for entrepreneurial thinking and the scaling of sustainable business models.
• Proactive work style and willingness to tackle challenges with creativity and a solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills as well as team spirit and leadership qualities.
• Very good knowledge of German and English.
