Job Description
marta is seeking a Founder Associate to join their founding team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, independently minded, and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
Requirements
- Completed studies at a top university or business school, preferably in business, finance, or a related area.
- Initial practical experience in business development or a fast-growing startup (e.g. internships).
- Entrepreneurial and self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
- Proactive and independent, but also able to work in a team.
