Job Description
BayanTech is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive the company's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities and building strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Prospect and target new clients/opportunities
- Build and maintain an active pipeline
- Generate and manage outbound and inbound leads
- Achieve assigned revenue quota
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Communicate with potential clients via phone calls, emails, etc.
- Promote the company's services by addressing or predicting clients' objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows
- Identify, prepare, and submit tenders in alignment with company objectives
