The Residence Hall Director (RHD) is responsible for student learning, faith development, and cultural humility. The RHD will recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate undergraduate students, co-supervise a resident chaplain, and support student success. They will also manage residential facilities and foster a positive and inclusive campus community.
Requirements
- Master’s degree and three years of relevant experience.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Ability to supervise and perform administrative responsibilities.
- Knowledge of religious values and community support.
