Outreach Coordinator/Community Liaison

Outreach Coordinator/Community Liaison to promote opioid treatment programs in the Newport region by marketing and relationship building with referral sources, identifying new partners, and raising brand awareness.

Requirements

• Provides community education on opioid use disorder
• Builds and cultivates relationships within referral source categories
• Develops and implements marketing and referral development plans
• Utilizes all available contact methodologies
• Schedules and completes individual meetings with decision makers
• Follows up with referral sources after referrals
• Develops collaborative relationships with payors
• Coordinates public relations outreach
• Provides staff training and coaching
• Maintains a customer relationship database system
• Tracks, monitors, and reports changes in the marketplace
• Submits regular reports
