Patient Access Representative

MedMark Treatment Centers is looking for a hard-working and conscientious Patient Access Representative / Patient Account Representative to perform various administrative tasks with a keen eye for detail. The role involves patient billing, verification of insurance benefits, and resolution of problems related to payment and billing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years' experience in a medical office setting
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of medical insurance claims procedures
• Proficient in basic PC skills
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision
• Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check
