HR Generalist

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support the local branch and ensure smooth operations of various HR functions. The successful candidate will play a vital role in recruitment, selection, and employee onboarding, as well as maintaining current and past employee human resources files.

Requirements

• Post Secondary degree or diploma in human resources or industrial relations
• Minimum 4 years of progressive human resources experience in a fast-paced environment
• CHRP/CHRL designation considered a strong asset
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Experience with MS Office Suite, data management skills and strong experience working with spreadsheets and databases
• Strong knowledge of human rights, employment equity, inclusivity, and accessibility
