Bayshore HealthCare is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support the local branch and ensure smooth operations of various HR functions. The successful candidate will play a vital role in recruitment, orientation, workers' compensation, health and safety, and employee relations.
Requirements
- Post Secondary degree or diploma in human resources or industrial relations.
- Minimum 4 years of progressive human resources experience in a fast-paced environment.
- CHRP/CHRL designation considered a strong asset.
- High degree of flexibility and ability to multi-task in a busy environment with excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration experience.
- Excellent communication skills with Fluency in written and spoken English (requirement).
- Experience with MS Office Suite, data management skills and strong experience working with spreadsheets and databases.
- Experience handling issues with sensitivity, confidentiality and balance.
- Strong knowledge of human rights, employment equity, inclusivity, and accessibility with and ability to understand and effectively communicate these principals.
