Job Description
Bayut is seeking a Growth Product Manager to drive product adoption and revenue growth. The role involves managing a product team, executing product strategy, analyzing user data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, data-driven, and focused on continuous experimentation to unlock scalable growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, marketing, communications, or relevant fields.
- 5 years of experience in Product Management, with 2+ years focused on Product Growth or CRO in a high-growth tech environment.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial avenues and the Tech Development Environment.
- Practical knowledge and experience in A/B Testing.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Knowledge of Project Management, QA and Product Testing.
- Experience in Product Orientation & Launch Planning
