Job Description
Bayut, a leading property portal, is seeking a Senior Product Growth Manager to accelerate user growth and retention. This role focuses on product-led initiatives, owns KPIs, and acts as a strategic connector across different teams. The ideal candidate will drive measurable outcomes, optimise growth processes, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Define and own the growth strategy & roadmap.
- Take ownership of key growth KPIs.
- Identify and prioritise scalable growth opportunities.
- Lead and optimise the experimentation process (HEAI cycle).
- Direct the design and optimisation of features, flows, and experiences.
- Partner with Data Science to ensure robust tracking and analytics integrity.
- Act as the strategic connector across Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales.
