Job Description
Bayut is seeking a HR Generalist to provide HR support to the team and across the business units. This role will be responsible for onboarding, administration, and managing the HR lifecycle, including visa processing, employee relations, and reporting.
Requirements
- Support HR with paperwork for new hires (contractual, banking, medical insurance)
- Coordinate and administer training workshops (part of onboarding)
- Manage the full visa cycle for new hires
- Coordinate relocation of new hires
- Maintain and administer BambooHr
- Handle HRMS maintenance and completion
- Provide 24/48 hour response time to paperwork and reports
- Provide monthly reports to HRM
- Conduct exit interviews and prepare final settlement
