Lucid is seeking a Generalist HR professional to support HR functions across their AMP-2 facility. The role focuses on employee relations, recruitment, HR operations, and policy implementation, serving as a trusted resource for employees and managers. Requirements

• Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and HR support.
• Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening and interview coordination.
• Maintain accurate HR records and employee data in HRIS.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and Lucid’s policies.
• Support the performance management process and conduct labor investigations.
• Support payroll input and benefits administration.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
