Job Description
Bayut & dubizzle is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver training programs for Property Inside Sales employees and the property sales team. The role involves creating comprehensive training plans, conducting needs assessments, managing LMS, tracking performance, and collaborating with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be data-driven and passionate about continuous learning.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Understanding of LMS and CRM
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Experience with Learning Management Systems
- Strong communication skills
