Job Description
Bayut & dubizzle is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver training programs for Property Sales employees and the support team. The role involves creating tailored training plans, conducting assessments, managing LMS, and measuring training effectiveness. The role also supports business objectives with market intelligence and performance enhancement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Understanding of LMS and CRM
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Experience with Learning Management Systems
- Strong communication skills
