Job Description
BBPOS is seeking an Office Admin Manager to manage all aspects of office operations, including maintenance, asset management, and administrative support for staff. The role involves managing travel arrangements, processing payments, vendor relationships, and contributing to a positive workplace culture. BBPOS has become part of Stripe's Terminal business, expanding its online payment capabilities through integration with existing APIs.
Requirements
- Manage daily office operations, asset management, record-keeping, and resource allocation.
- Manage and execute end-to-end corporate travel arrangements.
- Process administrative payments accurately and on time.
- Manage petty cash flow and annual administrative budget.
- Lead and manage the admin support team in Hong Kong.
