Job Description
BBPOS is expanding its operations in Hong Kong and aims to provide an easier payment solution for businesses with a new integration of Stripe's payment infrastructure into the local landscape. The role of a Senior Office Admin Officer will be vital in managing daily office operations, coordinating cross-border integration, and supporting administrative functions across multiple locations in Hong Kong, China, and Taiwan.
Requirements
- Perform full spectrum reception and office administrative tasks in a proficient manner
- Collaborate with Admin teams in China and Taiwan and drive the integration across border
- Maintained office supply inventory and managed vendor relationships
- Prepare the office budget, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Work closely with internal departments, external service providers, vendors/suppliers & property management
- Assist in ad hoc clerical functions
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Provide administration support for events and activities
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
- Manage office supply inventory and order supplies as needed
