Customer Service Representative

BCforward is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide assistance to Medicaid Providers with questions regarding Medicaid patient eligibility, medical claims statuses, and other program questions.

Requirements

• Provide unbiased assistance to Medicaid Providers
• Assist medical providers in problem resolution
• Respond to provider phone inquiries
• Document all provider encounters
• Transfer providers to other Call Centre units
• Meet individual performance standards
