Perform data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools, and resolve issues/problems. Assist in identifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems.

Requirements

• A Minimum of 1 year working in a high volume setting
• A Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience
• A Minimum of 1 year of experience communicating client requests
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience working in a complex organization
• Work experience in high paper facility
• Analytical and fact-based decision-maker
• Ability to quickly identify issues and risks and communicate challenges
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to multi-task
• Attention to accuracy and quality
