Perform data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools, and assist in identifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a high volume setting
• Minimum 1 year of data entry experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience communicating client requests
• High School Diploma or GED
• Analytical and fact-based decision-maker
• Ability to quickly identify issues and risks and communicate challenges
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to multi-task
• Attention to accuracy and quality
• Ability to prioritize
