Customer Operations Representative

BCI is a leader in the women's fashion industry, offering a range of brands including CeCe, Vince Camuto, and Ted Baker. The Customer Operations Representative will manage sales orders, process bulk orders, and coordinate with various teams to ensure timely and accurate information sharing.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales operations and/or customer service
• Wholesale apparel industry experience required
• Experience with ERP systems required (Exenta or BlueCherry strongly preferred but not required)
• Strong Excel skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Highly motivated
