The Account Executive is responsible for achieving or exceeding sales quota in assigned territory by developing new business opportunities and selling Parata portfolio of solutions into the retail and community pharmacy market through decision makers at the customer level.
Requirements
- Hunter mentality: Proactively seek out and develop new customer relationships through aggressive prospecting and lead generation campaigns
- Account strategy development: Develop and implement strategic account plans to improve growth and profitability within assigned territory
- Sales process focused: Execute a consultative sales approach, guiding prospects through each stage of the buying process
- Customer Relationship Development: Own the customer relationship and build strategic partnerships as a trusted advisor
- Customer engagements: Participate in tradeshows and customer-facing events to support business development and sales initiatives
