Job Description
We are the makers of possible. As a Director of Corporate Communications, this individual will lead the development of a communications strategy that connects, enables and empowers BD's commercial organization.
Requirements
- Serve as strategic advisor to CRO, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across internal channels
- Lead the development and execution of strategic internal communications plans
- Implement and oversee internal communications vehicles that reach the sales force directly
- Support the development of strategic customer-facing content
- Establish mechanisms for monitoring and measuring the value, impact and outcome of communication initiatives
