BD is seeking a Manager of Corporate Communications to support the implementation of internal engagement plans and craft compelling communications content that supports BD's commercial strategy. The role will lead content creation for a range of primarily internal audiences across BD's commercial organization and support the execution of communications strategies that drive commercial excellence and enhance internal initiatives across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Business or related field
- 5+ years in corporate communications with expertise in internal/external communications for a publicly traded health care company, regulated industry, communications agency or global brand
- Confirmed ability to develop and implement internal communications strategies, lead employee engagement initiatives and handle leadership messaging across a matrixed organization
- Exceptional writing, presentation and social skills
- Strong project management, business insight, creativity and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment often under tight deadlines
