Job Description
BDO is seeking a Manager Finance Transformation to lead initiatives that redefine the future of finance. The role focuses on client collaboration, strategy development, and implementing solutions in areas like IFRS, EU Taxonomy, and Sustainability Finance. It offers a dynamic environment with a focus on pragmatism and tailored interventions.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in finance transformation consulting, preferably in financial services.
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Native level in Dutch or French and very good knowledge of the other language, complemented with profound English skills.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing more junior profiles and developing talent.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade clients and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of supporting business development.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
- Flexibility to travel and work in different locations.
- Passion for a team with strong growth potential.
