Managing Associate Financial Services Regulatory Compliance

We are looking for an experienced Managing Associate to build and develop our new Financial Services Regulatory Compliance practice group from the start.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in financial regulation as a lawyer
• Proven expertise in both legal and compliance issues within the financial sector
• Demonstrable experience in interactions with supervisors (FSMA, NBB) and guiding clients through regulatory trajectories
