We are looking for a Senior Associate Corporate Law with expertise in corporate law and M&A for our corporate law practice in Brussels.

Requirements

• Master's degree in law
• 5 years of relevant experience in corporate law and M&A
• Excellent Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of French is a clear added value
• Strong analytical mind
• Work accurately and think solution-oriented
• Take the initiative and communicate clearly
• Attach great importance to quality and customer orientation
• Enjoy guiding younger colleagues and take on a coaching role
