Senior Manager - Transaction Services

Our Deal & Valuation Advisory-team provides strategic advisory services in the field of Transaction Services, company valuations, M&A mandates, Debt Advisory, Funding and Financial Modeling.

Requirements

• Master in Finance, Business Economics or a similar field
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably within consultancy or professional services
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English; knowledge of German and/or French is a plus
• Strong Excel skills and a deep understanding of corporate finance applications; experience with Power Query and Power Pivot is a plus
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint for professional and clear reports
• Team player with a sense of responsibility and a 'can-do' mindset; learning and ambitious
