Senior Manager - Transaction Services

Our Deal & Valuation Advisory team provides strategic advisory services in the field of Transaction Services, valuations, M&A mandates, Debt Advisory, Funding, and Financial Modelling.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a similar field
• At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in consultancy or professional services
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English; knowledge of German and/or French is an asset
• Strong Excel skills and a deep understanding of corporate finance applications
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint for professional and clear reports
• Team player with a sense of responsibility and a 'can-do' mindset; eager to learn and ambitious
