Requirements

• Advising corporate clients, advising lenders, creditors or shareholders through financial reviews, business turnarounds and financial restructurings
• Developing business relationships with lenders, private equity, legal firms and the business community
• Supervising staff, delegating tasks and projects as required
• Preparing or managing the production of integrated cash flow models
• Analyzing cash flow models, projections, and business plans
• Identifying, targeting, and developing referral sources
• Assisting with practice development assignments
• Communicating with debtors, creditors, the governmental regulators, and the Courts through stakeholder meetings, reports, attendance at Court, etc.
