Job Description
BDO is seeking a Senior Manager Trustee to join their Personal Debt Solutions team. The role involves managing consumer bankruptcy and proposal files, providing advice on current bankruptcy laws and practices, and supervising staff.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of insolvency rules, laws, and procedures
- Fully Licensed Insolvency Trustee (Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP))
- Able to prioritize with the flexibility to manage workload demands and multiple tasks as required
- Flexibility on working hours as some evening work will be required
- Willingness to travel to assist in the coverage of satellite offices
