Job Description
BDO is seeking a Managing Director to advise clients on U.S. federal income tax issues associated with mergers and acquisitions. This role involves technical tax work, including structuring, restructuring, and analyzing. The Managing Director will also serve as a strategic advisor, providing tax consultation, and managing the Transaction Advisory Services Group. The position focuses on Section 382 analysis.
Requirements
- Expertise in Section 382 and consolidated return regulations
- Experience preparing and reviewing Section 1202 analyses
- Knowledge of section 338(h)(10), 338(g), and 336(e) elections
