Tax Experienced Manager, Transaction Advisory Services (Special Projects)

This Tax Experienced Manager, Transaction Advisory Services role at BDO supports the national tax strategy by serving as a member of client engagement teams. The position involves managing engagements from start to finish, analyzing tax risks, drafting documentation, and providing mentorship to junior staff. It requires experience in tax administration, project management, and client communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics (preferred); JD/LLM with a focus on tax (required)
• Seven (7) or more years of experience in professional services (required)
• Two (2) or more years of TAS specific experience (preferred)
• CPA certification, Attorney (admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction), or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent (“EA”), or equivalent of one of these designations (required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
