Job Description
The Tax Experienced Manager, Transaction Advisory Services (Special Projects) role at BDO requires expertise in tax, accounting, and transaction advisory services. This position focuses on supporting the overall delivery of the national TAS strategy, including M&A tax, due diligence, and strategic tax planning. The role involves working closely with multiple clients and senior management, as well as conducting tax research and analyzing complex tax issues.
Requirements
- Seven (7) or more years of professional services experience
- Two or more years of TAS experience
- CPA, J.D., LL.M., or Master’s in Taxation
- Experience with MS Excel and other tax research databases
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with tax controversy and procedure
