Banquet and Group Rooms Manager

The Banquet Group Rooms Manager is responsible for running the entire banquet department, including setup, execution, and breakdown of events, as well as overseeing the financial performance of the department.

Requirements

• Prior Banquet/Conference Services experience at a resort, conference or event center, or equivalent
• Leadership skills to effectively motivate staff
• Excellent computer skills
• Calm demeanor, trustworthy, reliable, detail oriented, timely
• Able to solve any situation without prior knowledge of issue
