Banquet and Group Rooms Manager

The Banquet Group Rooms Manager is responsible for running the entire banquet department, including setup, execution, and breakdown of events, staff hiring and training, and financial performance. The position requires prior banquet/conference services experience, leadership skills, and excellent computer skills.

Requirements

• Prior Banquet/Conference Services experience at a resort, conference or event center, or equivalent
• Able to work a varied schedule to include nights, weekends, and occasionally holidays
• Leadership skills to effectively motivate staff
• Excellent computer skills
• Calm demeanor, trustworthy, reliable, detail oriented, timely
• Able to solve any situation without prior knowledge of issue
