Job Description
Bechtel is seeking a Lead Superintendent - Civil / Structural to manage the construction within civil discipline for future combined cycle power plant projects. The role involves overseeing project construction activities, supervising craft personnel, managing budgets, and ensuring project compliance and safety. This position requires a candidate with a strong background in civil/structural construction and a commitment to a Zero Accident safety program.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)
- 8-10 years relevant experience or 12-14 years relevant work experience
- Experience on combined cycle facilities preferred
- Knowledge of underground drainage systems, concrete operations, structural steel, rebar & embed installation, and heavy civil equipment forecasting
- Computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications
- Strong communication and problem-solving ability
- Commitment to a Zero Accident safety program
