We're seeking a dynamic candidate with a solid People Operations foundation to enhance our people operations and craft a positive employee experience. As the People Operations Manager, you'll play a vital role in developing scalable practices and managing the employee lifecycle.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in human resources, people operations, recruiting, or another people-related position at a hypergrowth startup or SaaS environment
- Ability to be discreet with confidential information and to exercise sound judgment
- The ability to deliver and communicate clearly and concisely
- Culturally aware and able to build trust, credibility, and relationships to foster a connected and focused work culture
- Expert in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and adept at prioritizing in dynamic environments, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks
- Experience working remotely and maintaining/developing company culture
- Serve as the expert on labor laws and compliance nationally and globally as we expand
- Has a growth mindset toward new tools and digital processes; comfortable with our tech stack (Slack, Gmail, BambooHR, Justworks, Remote, Aidora, etc)
