Behavior Technician

Behavioral Health Works is seeking passionate individuals to provide evidence-based behavioral therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through Applied Behavioral Analysis. The role involves teaching communication skills, social skills, and play skills through tailored treatment plans overseen by experienced BCBAs and Case Supervisors. This is a part-time position offering flexible schedules, training, and competitive pay.

Requirements

• Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy.
• Willingness to travel to and from client homes.
• Must be comfortable with childcare and active children.
• Strong communication and goal-oriented work ethic.
• Reliable transportation (driver's license, insurance, etc.)
