Behavior Technician

Behavioral Health Works is seeking energetic individuals to provide evidence-based behavioral therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role involves teaching communication, social skills, and play skills through Applied Behavior Analysis, with a focus on collaboration with parents and a supportive environment. The program is overseen by experienced BCBAs and offers paid training and supervision.

Requirements

• Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy.
• Be willing to travel to and from client homes.
• Must be able to complete onboarding and initial training.
• Collect and analyze behavior and skill acquisition data.
• Must be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism.
• Desire to be involved in a collaborative team with a drive to achieve positive outcomes.
• Exposure to individuals with Autism or special needs is a plus.
