Registered Behavior Technician

Behavioral Health Works is seeking energetic individuals to provide evidence-based behavioral therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This position offers training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and involves teaching communication, social skills, and play skills through tailored treatment plans. The role is overseen by experienced BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Requirements

• Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy.
• Availability between Monday to Friday in the 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM time block.
• Must be willing to travel to and from client homes.
• Must be willing to complete onboarding requirements and an initial training period.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Desire to be involved in a collaborative team with the drive to achieve positive outcomes.
