Requirements
- Master's degree in finance, management engineering or related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in ECM, investment banking or corporate finance.
- In-depth knowledge of stock markets, transaction structures and valuation techniques.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a mastery of English, French and Dutch.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive mindset and team-player with a strong attention to detail.
