As a Senior M&A Advisor within Belfius Corporate Finance, you are responsible for the strategic development of our M&A franchise. You will work with a team of experts and collaborate with Belfius Corporate Bankers to identify and realize new opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in M&A Advisory
• In-depth knowledge of the financial sector and the specific characteristics of the sector in terms of M&A
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
• Solid communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• A wide network in Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, and Private Equity
