Job Description
We're looking for an energetic and motivated Long-Term Insurance Sales Consultant with a solid background in long- or short-term insurance sales to drive new business, build client relationships, and promote life insurance products.
Requirements
- Matric certificate
- Minimum of 2 years' sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong CRM skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Self-motivated team player with integrity, professionalism, and a customer-focused approach
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proactive, adaptable, and deadline-driven mindset
- Completed/Completing FSCA-recognised qualification in line with DOFA
