Quality Manager / HACCP Specialist (Part-time, option to grow into full-time)

Bella & Bona is seeking a Quality Manager / HACCP Specialist to ensure compliance with Food Safety and HACCP protocols in the Munich kitchen. The role involves daily on-site inspections, verification of recipes and ingredient balance, support of continuous improvement, and collaboration with management. The ideal candidate will be highly reliable, proactive, and passionate about food safety.

Requirements

• Degree in Food Technology, Nutritional Science, Quality Management, or similar
• Professional chef training with HACCP/hygiene management certification
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food law, and documentation practices
• 2–5 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or professional kitchens
• German native speaker, fluent in English
