Product Manager, Chemistry

Benchling is seeking a Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product strategy, go-to-market, and execution for its small molecule solution. The role involves defining the product vision and roadmap, partnering with customers and field teams, and driving alignment across stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software product management experience, preferably with a B2B SaaS product
• Proven ability to lead and ship complex product initiatives and drive 0→1 product development
• Bias for action and a history of shipping products quickly and iteratively in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Knowledge of small molecule R&D or a demonstrated track record of rapidly building domain expertise in a complex, regulated industry
• Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional, fast-moving environments
• Empathetic collaborator who can bridge the gap between scientists, engineers, and business teams
